Using Pixit experiences

By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them. Pixit.gg is free to visit. The Android games may show advertising and offer an optional one-time ad-free purchase.

Escalera Labs S.L. gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the site and games for lawful, non-commercial entertainment.

Advertising and purchases

Free mobile gameplay may be supported by interstitial and optional rewarded advertising. Rewarded benefits are granted only after the advertising provider confirms completion. Availability and fill are not guaranteed.

The optional lifetime ad-free product suppresses advertising for the game and store account for which it was purchased, subject to successful entitlement verification and the store's purchase rules. It does not transfer between different app-store accounts or promise additional content. Purchases and refunds are processed by Google Play under its terms and applicable consumer law.

Fair and acceptable use

You must not use Pixit.gg to:

• break the law or infringe another person's rights;
• interfere with the site, its security, or other visitors;
• send malicious code or attempt unauthorized access;
• scrape, copy, republish, or commercially exploit substantial parts of the site without permission; or
• misrepresent your relationship with Escalera Labs S.L. or use the site to promote a competing service in a misleading way.

Ownership

The Pixit name, site and game designs, puzzle presentation, text, artwork, audio, code, and other original material are owned by Pixit Studio or used with permission. These terms do not transfer ownership to you. Rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Availability and game information

We may add, change, suspend, or remove site or game features. We aim to keep them available, but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent access. Local progress may be lost if you clear storage, remove an app, or use an unsupported transfer method.

Pages about unreleased games describe work in progress. Names, artwork, mechanics, platforms, release timing, and store availability may change. A listing is not a promise that a game will be released.

Third-party services

Pixit.gg may link to services we do not control, such as an app store or hosting provider. Their own terms and privacy practices apply when you use them. A link does not make Escalera Labs S.L. responsible for that service or its content.

App-store, Google advertising, RevenueCat purchase, Firebase, and hosting services have their own terms and privacy practices. Where mandatory store terms conflict with these terms, the mandatory store terms govern.

Disclaimers and responsibility

Pixit.gg and the games are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent the law permits, we exclude implied warranties about availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent the law permits, Escalera Labs S.L. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or games. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or deliberate misconduct.

These terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law that applies to you.

Restriction and termination

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the site, other visitors, our rights, or to respond to unlawful or abusive use. The licence granted above ends when you stop using the site and games or if you breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer, this choice does not remove any mandatory protections provided by the laws of your country of residence or your right to bring a claim in a competent court.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the site, games, or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the version. Material changes will be explained here, and prior versions will be retained with the project release history where required.

Continued use after updated terms take effect means the updated terms apply to later use. Changes do not retroactively remove rights you already have.

These terms are scheduled for qualified legal review before the mobile games enter production release.
