Privacy at Pixit.gg

The short version

The games save progress on your device. Their Android editions use Google services for advertising, consent, diagnostics, analytics, review prompts, and in-app purchases. Pixit.gg has no advertising, payments, or accounts. Optional web analytics runs only after you allow it.

Who is responsible

Escalera Labs S.L. is the operator of Pixit.gg and the controller responsible for the processing described in this notice.

Mobile game information

GridD, FlowD, SpillD, and LexiD store settings, progress, scores, earned currency, purchases, achievements, and daily-puzzle records locally on your device. Removing the game or clearing its storage may remove that information unless the platform restores it.

We use Firebase Analytics to understand aggregate game progression, feature use, advertising events, and technical performance. Firebase Crashlytics receives crash reports and diagnostics that help us find and repair failures. These services may process device identifiers, app interactions, approximate location derived from IP address, and device or diagnostic information.

Google AdMob provides interstitial and rewarded advertising. Depending on your region and consent choices, it may process advertising or device identifiers, IP address, app interactions, diagnostics, and approximate location to deliver, limit, measure, and prevent abuse of ads. The games remain playable if personalized advertising is refused.

RevenueCat and Google Play Billing process an anonymous app user identifier, purchase status, product identifiers, transaction information, and related device or diagnostic information to complete and restore the one-time ad-free purchase. Escalera Labs S.L. does not receive your full payment-card details.

Google User Messaging Platform records applicable advertising-consent choices. Google Play's in-app review service may present a review prompt after an eligible positive game milestone. The games do not request your name, email address, contacts, or precise location and do not currently provide player accounts.

We use this information to provide and restore game functionality, honour purchases, operate advertising with your applicable choices, measure and improve the games, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures. The legal basis depends on the purpose and location and may include consent, performing a requested transaction, and legitimate interests in operating secure and reliable games.

Information handled to deliver the site

Like most websites, our hosting provider receives technical request information when your device asks for a page. This can include your IP address, requested URL, date and time, browser or device type, referring page, approximate location derived from IP, response status, and security or diagnostic information.

This information is used only to deliver Pixit.gg, keep it secure, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and maintain reliable performance. Where applicable, we rely on the necessity of providing the service and our legitimate interest in operating a secure, reliable website.

Hosting, sharing, and retention

Pixit.gg is hosted by Vercel Inc. Vercel processes website traffic and service-generated data to provide and protect its hosting platform. We do not sell your personal information.

The Android games use services provided by Google, including AdMob, Firebase, User Messaging Platform, Google Play Billing, and in-app reviews. They also use RevenueCat for purchase entitlement management. These providers process information under their own notices and may process it outside your country using their stated transfer safeguards.

We and our providers retain information only as long as needed for the stated purpose, security, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, purchase records, and legal obligations. Provider-controlled retention is described in their notices. Vercel's international processing safeguards are described in its Data Processing Addendum.

Analytics, cookies, and local saves

If you select Allow analytics, Pixit.gg uses Google Analytics to measure page visits, game starts and finishes, failures, scores, play duration, and clicks to verified app-store listings. We do not send names, email addresses, puzzle save data, search text, or complete URL query strings.

Google receives the event plus ordinary technical request information, which can include browser and device details and location inferred from an IP address. Advertising storage, advertising user data, personalization, Google Signals, and automatic enhanced measurement are disabled. The tag is not loaded until you consent, and its first-party analytics identifiers and user-level retention are limited to two months without resetting on new activity.

Your choice is stored in local browser storage. Use Analytics choices in the footer to allow or withdraw analytics. FlowD, GridD, SpillD, LexiD, and Meme Merge separately save active games and scores in browser storage so you can resume on the same device. These saves are not attached to an account or sent through the game host. Clearing Pixit.gg site data removes the choice and local game saves.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask about, access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, or to receive a portable copy. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

You can change applicable advertising choices from Privacy choices in each game's Settings, clear local game data using your Android system settings, and request purchase restoration in the game. Privacy questions can be raised through the relevant game support page. Questions about data Vercel controls can be directed through the contact options in Vercel's privacy notice.

Children and mobile games

Pixit.gg, GridD, FlowD, SpillD, and LexiD are general-audience puzzle experiences and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this notice

We will update this page when the site or games' data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be explained here, and prior versions will be retained with the project release history where required.

This notice is scheduled for qualified legal review before the mobile games enter production release.
